I love coming here, they take care of me all the time. The guys and women is very nice. Thank you all for being a honest dealership. From the sales to service, to finance. My husband and I bought a used car from them in November 2017. The process was quick, my rep (Matt) was cool. But less than a month later, the radio died. I replaced it and they reimbursed me after I bugged them enough. Now it is month 4 of owning this car and I have to replace the mass airflow sensor...a $100+ repair. Maybe I just got a bad luck of the draw but I'm pretty bummed. Paid a total of $4,000 for the car. Didn't expect to have to fix multiple things so quick.

Arrived early for my oil change appointment and they took my truck right away. Felicia did a great job explaining what would be done and how long it would take. I was going to get an alignment, and she informed me my alignment was fine and didn't need done. They could've just charged me for it and I would have been none the wiser. It's nice to have a trusted dealer for service, I've been to others that are not so honest. Trust your small town dealership!!!

We've had really good experiences with Coughlin Ford so far. Our used 2016 F-150 was a steal by any standard - NADA, KBB, comparable private sellers - and while it didn't go completely without hitch, they stayed in contact and kept it moving. Service has been great. Looking forward to their new location as the current (winter 17-18) facility is old and not up to the same level as the dealership itself... though it does speak to how they work - it's not about flash and being visually impressive, it's about helping you out.

We purchased a new f250 from Matt, and he took great care of us. We we go in for service everyone is so friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping us out.
