Came and looked at the work that needed to be done. Super nice and said he'd get back to us with an estimated are the next day. Didn't receive any follow up, zo we called, eager to get the woek done. After repeated attempts to contact him by both his personal voicemail and the company voicemail, we never heard a word back. 
Just have the courtesy to let us know you can't/won't do the job.
