The family and I stopped here on a trip out west.  We absolutely loved it!  An 1800's town all laid out for you to walk around in coupled with some nice botanical gardens AND IT'S FREE!!  There is a gift shop and a ice cream soda shop (old school pharmacy) that you can stop at and enjoy some refreshments at.  They have a tour as well but you should check their site for hours.

Many family events throughout the year are held in this park. I grew up a block away and used to always go down there for green river drinks and sour warheads for a dime. Love their apple festival the most.

This is such an awesome place to visit. Great for families and couples to stroll through. Lots of photo ops.  Many entertaining local events happen here. Old Prairie Town is so cool to walk around when it's open and you can go through the buildings and take in some history. My favorite event is Tulips at Twilight. The garden is lit up with lots of colors and you can visit the little town at night as volunteers take you through the history of each location.

Enjoyed my time with family for the apple festival i been coming for years. Just wish there was more booths its sad to see not so many..
