We camped here for a few days. The campsites are fantastic. Level and gravel bottom, fire pit and picnic tables. We also had a great view of the forest. Everything was pretty good....site, beach, caves, trails and kettles. The only thing that was poor quality were the bathrooms, both the outhouses and comfort station (bathrooms were fine but the showers were gross and weren't cleaned both days that I checked).

Cool place but awfully busy. I recommend going during the week to avoid the crowds. There were so many people in and around the caves it really ruined the experience. Be sure to check out the hike to the kettles too.

The trails here are rugged, with plenty to see. The caves are really cool to visit, as well as the kettles. The beach for swimming is very well maintained, however it is only about waist deep. (Less if you're above six feet.)

Make sure you pack well, as they don't have a whole lot nearby if you foeget anything.

Our campsite was a good size, with average privacy.

1st time there we hiked all around and never saw a cave, at least the kind we expected. The 2nd time there, a person emerged from a small opening in the rocks near a trail, and we found the first cave. It was a tight fit and there was quite a lot of room inside. Thanks to the two spelunking gals who helped us discover it

We googled "fun places to go around Kawartha" and the Warsaw Caves popped up; we did not know what to expect. Upon arrival we paid $15 to enter the conservation area. There is tons of parking. The area was busy. We explored the seven caves and the FLK (falls, lookout and kettle) trails. We stayed for about 4.5 hours and saw most of the sights, excluding the beach. Would recommend for a fun moderate adventuring day. Pet friendly but not in the caves themselves.
