One of the worst car washes I have ever been to. Customer service was poor. Just overall a poorly ran business. I went there over the weekend with my sister to have her car washed. When we arrived the employee at the entranced shouted at us the cost and to put it in neutral he didn't even guide us properly on to the track like most would to unsure safety. As the car went through the wash her vehicle became stuck in the middle making a loud popping/thumping noise. The employees continued to have us go back around but little to our knowledge the cars from bumper and rim were damaged and out of the 3 employees there at the time none of them inspected the vehicle for damage after we were stuck and no one told us about the damage done to the car. A couple hours later we had noticed the damage and proceeded to return to the car wash to take care of the issue at hand. When my sister talk to the employee at the entrance he said that he saw it and then tried to say it was like that when she got there(Mind you that my sisters car is only 2 months old and is a 2017) the second employee said he saw it and then tried to back track and say that he did not even after he admitted to seeing it after the incident. The entrance employee was adamant on not helping us address the issue when we asked to take a picture of the paper they had her sign and a picture of other paper work she had signed when she returned. He even refused to give the owners #. It was liking pulling teeth to get a refund. Finally speaking to the manager he was rude and dismissive. Asked to run the car back through(while the car is still damaged from his business) to see where it got stuck. Then said he would not pay for the complete damage and recommended a sketchy shop that probably helps him cover up these frequent mistakes. I wouldn't recommended this place to anyone unless you want to deal with a major headache and damaged car. Go else where the price ain't worth the bull.

I'm a very conscious of where I spend my money. So, when I saw getgo was closed and I  couldn't use the car vacuum,  I didn't know what to do. So, I  decided to  stop and I was not disappointed.  The vacuum I used was as powerful as the one that used to be at getgo. I will be returning.  Plus for $1 it lasted long enough to do my entire car.

I love the price. Cause Basic is all I need and it looks like I had premium and you get a free vacum how can you go wrong? And you in and out no line. The vacum area is set up nice and safe  if your child has to stand outside the car . I'll try it off my self for the comfort they give. Try it you'll love it!!

The customer service oss AWESOME! There was an issue with one of the vacuums and a manager helped as well as an employee. They helped beyond what was expected
