Absolutely horrible. Said I'm just going to have to deal with the pain, didn't even ask for meds waited two months for cortisone shot. However I never got it because they change appointments and don't bother to notify you! They want you to sign some agreement so they can willingly treat you like a drug addict. Told me they had no definitive answer and don't even know if this will ever get better.

Had 2 separate doctors both cancel my 2 morning appointments AFTER I WAS ALREADY AT THEIR OFFICES. I have gotten better care from urgent cares and ER waiting rooms.

I was sent here by my GP last summer to continue my pain management, until my multi level lumbar fusion. I was referred to Dr. Yongyi Zhu. My first visit was great, we went over my options and next steps. I've done every prevenative measure to avoid surgery, he made me see a shrink before he would give me my meds. I saw the shrink was cleared for my meds. I went back for my follow up, and that's when things went south. He refused to give me my meds, said I had to get injections, even after I explained I couldn't due to an adverse reaction. Which is noted in my medical records! He got very rude and raised his voice at me, in front of my 6 yr old daughter!!! As I left the room he continued to scream at me "no pain pill for you" over and over. The receptionist had to flag me down to give me my ID and debit card back, because I was in a rush to get out of there, and keep my daughter from experiencing more extremely unprofessional behavior! This was a breach of the hippa law, I filed a complaint. You cannot share any medical information with the public, screaming this personal information was doing so! These pain clinics have uneducated and unqualified Drs performing care outside of their expertise. This dipwad is a anesthesiologist, he likes to poke you with steroids. He has no idea what he is doing and he's a liar, he cons you by false promise. Be honest if you won't give meds say so, there's no need to waste peoples time. I went back to my amazing GP and explained everything, he gave me my meds and has continued my pain management care. Avoid this clinic! Save your money and time!

Very short and abrupt Physician Assistant on my first visit as he was taking over patients for my regular Doctor. Hard sell on electrical stimulus nerve block thing implanted in spine area. Does not believe in opiate treatment. Does not explain things and seemed to be in a big hurry to move on to next patient. Will not be seeing him again. No personality or compassion for chronic pain patients.

Went twice, on the second visit was told by a knuckle cracking PA that they were procedure oriented and don't give pain meds. It would have been more professional if I'd been informed the first time. Then 3 weeks later I am called several times a day by billing..I had gotten the bill during the middle of month..live in limited income so I have to wait for the first to pay bills. They called me twice at 7:45 in the morning! Don't waste your time or money with this group. I am really sorry I did.
