It amazes me how much of a run around from the staff here at Washington National Cemetery when attempting to find out information on my account... I've been told that my rep no longer works there (so I guess that meant, so anyone answering the phone can't assist), I've been told that I need to mail a photo copy of my ID to have my name updated on my account or bring it to the office (I guess they've never heard of identity theft and mail fraud, and they really think I have soooo much time on my hands that I can just stop by... Why don't you go pull my file and see that it was spelling correctly to begin with?!?) Then... I've been calling every few months to get my account balance and when I called to get the balance today I'm told that they don't give that information out over the phone... Ummmmm that's news to me! It really grinds my gears how people are so eager to receive a paycheck but aren't willing to provide customer service.  This is a sad world we are living in and I wish I could transfer the area of my final resting place...
