I moved here from the Midwest 4 years ago.  I have had a pair of boots needing to have soles and heals put on but did not know anywhere to go.  I came across the best I have ever been to.  I have had many very expensive boots worked on and would not hesitate to have Mr. Washington take care of them.  He was also very pleasant to visit with.  On one pair of boots he advised me to retire them that he felt they were not going to make me happy any longer.  I trust him and his opinion.

Had no idea you could get shoes stretched.  I went to Washington's shoe shop and to get both real leather boots stretched was $10.  Extremely reasonable and will return if I need a service. The owner was very nice.  He is very quiet, but he just seemed shy.  He knows what he is doing.

Washington Shoe Shop saved my husband's favorite pair of boots from the trash heap. The leather was worn and discolored, and the heels were gone from both boots. He was not ready to say good-bye to these shoes. Washington's shoe shop cleaned the leather like new and put on some new heels. We know we can get a few more years out of these boots and if we don't we know where to take them for repair! Amazing job!

I love Washington Shoe Repair.  They have always done excellent work on anything I have ever taken them (shoes, boots, handbags).  I appreciate their honesty and quick service.
