Spoke with 2 incredibly helpful agents, Connie and Laurie, who were able to give me timely, accurate information about how to renew my vehicle registration tabs from abroad. I know it's a difficult job, so I wanted to give kudos for a job well done. Thanks a million!

Too much spending on computer tech and not enough spent on people to interact with people/taxpayer/us citizens!  Time wasted at computer and on telephone before I could get to a real person. All I wanted was the mailing address (vehicle titles) which they could have put on the website: PO Box 9909, zip 98507.

Doesn't do drivers licensing.  They wefe friendly about it.
