They are very busy with open enrollment. I had to wait about 15 minutes- much faster than driving over or mail. The lady who helped me was very professional and knew exactly what I wanted to do. She was able to help me get it done. I appreciate the folks at HCA. Thank you! Dave

I have tried numerous times to contact this organization to get clarification, because they are not on top of letting employees or retirees know the status of their insurance coverage. The insurance companies, such as Kaiser, Uniform, etc., that administer and oversee their area of expertise are not the ones making the decisions about eligibility. Thus, they are as frustrated as the consumer because PEBB is not organized, does not hire sufficient staff to cover peak periods, and because we frequently are hung up on. This is no way to run a state agency or to support those they represent.

Very poorly trained government organization, they hire any idiot that won't to do their job and they don't care about assisting their clients. They will tell you steps to do and once you complete and get in contact with the HCA again another poorly trained rep will tell you another process. Just a poorly designed company I warn everyone at every hospital I travel to of the HCA and the pillocks hired there.

The phone system is dismal. Called several times and went through all the "push this's and enter that's" then it hangs up on me. Arghhh!
