We would like to thank the crew at Ellensburg. We drive a semi and neither Peterbit or Cat could help us on a part. We called Washington Tractor and we were able to get the part. We are back up and running thanks to the great customer service we received today.

We had a horrible experience with this dealer's service department. The service manager didn't live up to his word and ultimately was about as rude and discourteous as anyone we've ever dealt with in this position. We had a good experience with their parts dept., though the prices seemed quite high relative to other JD dealers.
