I stopped for an emergency stop when my oil light came on driving from Spokane to Seattle. The staff were all so professional and gave me great service with a smile. Ron came out in the rain and cold to add the oil for me! Thank you, this is the second time O’Reilly in Ellensburg has helped me! Now I can continue my drive with peace of mind .

Great selection for parts on hand, if you need anything they don't have in the store it can be ordered and delivered within 24 hours. Only down side to this store and all other alike. Stop hiring kids just for a day job, There needs to be people who are smarter then just googling what you need. What happened to trained professionals?? I have never walked in and had a employee understand half the things i'm talking about or need.. Frustrating to say the least, step up your game O'Reilly Auto Parts and train your workers before hiring!

Took some batteries in and got in store credit which was enough to purchase all the parts I needed for car great deal lol
