Every time I go into the White Lake store, I have the best service! The employees are always so helpful. I do not go anywhere else for any of my jewelry needs and have referred friends to shop here as well. Heidi helped me today and was very friendly and informative! Thank you!

I brought my ring in to be repaired, and when I picked it up I could not believe it was the same ring. It now looks amazing. Everyone makes you feel like you are part of the family. This is my One Stop Shop for all my jewellery needs.

I had the pleasure to work with Joe who is also one of the owners. My wife and I are very particular with our higher end purchases. Joe really sat and took the time to understand our needs and custom make something very special for our big day. I later bought a watch from a different place and was scammed. I learned my lesson and will never deal with anyone else but Joe and Waterfall moving forward.
