I had knee replacement surgery recently by Dr. Steven Rhodes at the Watertown Regional Medical Center and the entire process went very well.  I was informed of all possible scenarios and what specific activities would take place. Procedure was spot on for timing,  my spouse was contacted promptly after it was completed and I left the hospital 24 hours later. Upon discharge I was informed of what to expect and that certainly helped "come to terms"with my recovery plan. PT appointments were setup and I had complete documentation of everything needed in the next two weeks to help with my rehabilitation.  

I would highly recommend anyone needing knee replacement to take a similar route!

ER was ridiculous! Went in just before Christmas in active anaphylaxis, having already used both of my EPI pens, and they refused to get me back for treatment prior to registration - which per my experience with other hospitals could have easily waited until treatment had been started.  Lucky they didn't kill me... Now I go to Beaver Dam whenever it is practical instead...

The people at the Watertown Regional Medical Center were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility appears to be advanced. I would recommend going there.

I had surgery at the medical ctr on Wednesday Nov 22. The staff was kind and attentive.
They answered every question i had. The hospital is very clean and quiet. I highly recommend it.
