First experience with Waterway. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. I received the Full Service package and am happy with how it turned out. Always nice to have a clean car inside & out. Will likely return.

The car was attendant broke my key off in my ignition.  Waterway said it was normal wear and tear and they would not pay to replace my key.  The offered some car wash coupons to me.  That was it.  So now I have a broken key I have to use for my car because it costs around $330.00 for a new key from the Mitsubishi dealer.  On the last day of September I came home from work to find my 19 year old daughter dead.  I have to pay for funernal expenses so I just have to suffer with dealing with a broken car key.  They could have done the right thing.  They didn't.  I will never go back there for any reason.

While friendly their service could be way better. There was no attention to detail, my dash should have been wiped down & it wasn't, neither were my doors that were supposed to be. They vacuumed only parts of the carpet you could see, they didn't even slightly go under the seats. The outside of the car was a similar disappointment. For the price my car should have actually been cleaned how they said it would be.

I use them all the time and they do great work.  Sometimes I get the regular wash but this time I got the whole deal for my car for $105.  My car was a wreck , grandkids,,,dogs..., it looks like a new car inside and out.  Very pleased...They always ask me to look over and If I needed something done, they would do it...I have never had to have them redo something...not sure where the bad reviews come from.
