Normally I love this Wawa. Today I made a visit to this store. It was not the Wawa I love.  When I went to get my usual cappuccino only hot water came out. So I tried one of the other flavors. Only hot water came out. I then decided to settle on a regular coffee. When I went to add my milk, most of the milks were empty. I went to ask one of the baristas if they had any spare milks behind the counter and there was no one around to ask. Again I settled for a milk which wasn't my usual. When I made it to check out, I informed the cashier of my issues, I'm not sure if she was the manager or not but she did not seem very concerned about my experience. It's unfortunate that my visit had to be unpleasant. It seems like a small thing, maybe. What made it worse was the inattentiveness from the associates and their attitude which felt like I didn't matter. I go out of my way to go specifically to that location. I sincerely hope these issues will be looked into and addressed. Very disappointed.

This Wawa is great. The staff are always friendly, the pick up and curbside service is always fast and fresh, and the store is always clean.

It seems that no matter what Wawa I go to, it is always clean. The associates seem personal and professional at the same time. Suffice it to say I rarely ever have a problem at Wawa.

I ordered a turkey sandwich and I received a pork and what seems to be pastrami sandwich. I do not eat pork so when I bit this sandwich I was distraught. I am very disappointed.

This Wawa is my favorite the staff is so friendly and helpful,the ambiance is so relaxed. If your looking for friendly service this should be your go too place.

First Wawa I've been to. I've heard of people going here to get places and thought by hearsay that it was a restaurant or a fast food place. I didn't realize it was a gas station. That being said, I got a burger with old bay on it. Never had old bay before this and didn't realize so many people over here put old bay on everything. It was great!

This particular Wawa has my vote for the number one Wawa in Virginia.. always friendly always ready to help you out and the best service I've ever seen
