Came here at the end of august for a quick lunch break since I was in the area and the wawa is a very nice and organized, it is kind of on the small side but other than that it’s a nice wawa and I would definitely come back in the future.

This place is great for hoagies, drinks, and other snacks! The employees are very nice and the atmosphere of the place is great just like every other Wawa. I recommend the meatball sub and the nacho burger. They also do catering! It is easy to access and there is always parking outside of the store.

I was just in this wawa. Shelly, the cashier or I believe that’s her name. She’s a rockstar. It was crowded and backed up all over the store. She was running two registers at once without skipping a beat, trying to get people out of there.

Cashier managed to charge my debit card for the food of every person in line behind me.  Checked my bank account the next day, and they ran up over a hundred dollars on my card.  Manager had the nerve to offer me a WaWa gift card as compensation.  If you shop here, pay with cash.

Went to the ER for convulsions, tremors and tics that my fiancé was having the night before. Terrible care from beginning to end. The IV was done by a tech who had to ask a nurse for assistance. They made my fiancé bleed profusely and bruise before we even left the hospital. Been here since 2:40 in the afternoon, it’s now 1:00 am and we’ve seen a doctor once. He told the nurse at triage he was in pain, 7 on a scale of 10, from ticcing so harshly. He still hasn’t received any treatment for this pain, not as much as an offer for OTC treatment. I want to personally call out our nurse, Nicole, who worked the night of 03/15. She was awful. Terrible communication skills, people skills, and bedside manner. She was too busy doing her side work of restocking the whole ER to be bothered to get my fiancé a Tylenol. She never even requested a neuro consult the entire time we’ve been here. We were directed by our primary care to come here for the neurology department, and they won’t even see him.  Just go somewhere else. Philly is huge; there’s other game in town. Especially if you’re having something serious. I wouldn’t trust this staff if my life depended on it.

They have the best ice for fountain sodas. If you like the soft white cloudy ice that is good for munching-  this is the Wawa to come to. But they have bad parking and they’ve messed up my hoagie a few too many times. No double meat when I paid for it and other issues and when i came back the manager asked me how I realized it was not double meat and other mistakes

I've only had one bad experience at any of the wawa's spread throughout the country. Those who have never been, it's a must try. Good food and 24/7 service. Nice vegetarian food as well for those who practice or who try dieting a lot.

Terrible customer service. One younger blonde kid once openly spoke about how high he was which explained a lot of previous visits. I have also checked out without the cashier saying one word to me...maybe she was high as well and lost the ability to acknowledge other humans.  Today was probably the last time I will attempt purchase food there. I had a not so lovely interaction with the woman making drinks. She was beyond rude since I didn't put my slip in her basket. She shook her little basket at me and yelled "slip!". I told her that I had ordered food as well so I was going to put the slip in their basket. She then mumbled something and when I asked what it was she yelled back "have a nice day!".  As for their food...my order tends to be right 3/5 times. They constantly forget to put the sauces I ordered on my hoagies or breakfast burrito. One time a kid actually put my iced latte into a hot drink cup he was at least nice enough to offer to transfer my iced latte into a cold drink cup.

Couldn't wait to get to wawa on this visit home. Although they opened a couple of wawas in Florida, they are not in safe or desirable areas for that last minute hoagie at 10:pm . Coffee for a dollar and the best you've ever had - any size same price. Get a handmade sandwich and delicious soup to go. The salads that are prepackaged are to be left behind. But grab some  delicious fresh Philly pretzels.

The employees at this wawa prove customer service is dead. How hard is it to say have a good day or thank you...They barely look at you when they take your money. There are ten peoe working behind coffee bar...God for bid you ask for something...they all just stare lime you have ten heads....it's worth driving an extra five min to the one in Bryn mawr.
