Ai Ling , is a manager at this place. She refused to heat up my sandwich . It might be my fault although I remember pressing to heat up the whole sandwich. I brought my sandwich right back and the worker had to ask a manager if she can throw it in the oven! Wow ! All the money we spend with this company! We deserve a lot better treatment.

Dirty floors. Food shelves mostly empty and picked over. No baskets to put food or bottled drinks in. No bags for grocery and food items to leave with. None to buy and none to offer. Workers say the management doesn't really care. Workers say most have asked to get things fixed up but management is indifferent. It is impossible to believe this is the franchise that customers and wall street were bragging about only 2 years ago.

Cant even get in the store without being begged for money, like bro im broke why do you think my sad dinner is a wawa hoagie? Also the food is MID and all breakfast options are flavorless.

I have 3 wawa within a 1 mile radius. I always choose this one... until today. Worker made me feel terrible. All I wanted was a hot coco

Waited over 30 minutes for my drinks. But they are good but that wait tho no one in the store

Just left this location. Ordered a roast beef sandwich and received the sandwich with no meat. Too far and not worth the inconvenience to drive back.

How does 1 person by 2 premade breakfast sandwiches that are supported to be fresh and I get get home and they're barely cooked the sausage and egg were still frozen. Very disappointed

Friendly store fast service but workers need on hair nets!!!! I found a long grayish/blond piece of hair inside  my hoagie called the store they offer me a free hoagie or refund came in next morning seen a girl in the back making sandwiches who hair seemed to match the strand with still with no hair net after I called and complained the night before disgusting

Lol I used to work at a Wawa and can't believe what I witnessed just now.  As I'm putting in my sandwich order, a lady with tattoos and glasses is loudly complaining about all the customers...and regulars..and how they must not be married because they come in multiple times a day!  Then she proceeds to scream the order number and order that she's just finished.  Here's the kicker: the manager was right next to her the whole time and didn't say a word!  Feel bad for the owner of this store.  Hopefully that lady cleans up her act.

The customer service from the overnight crew is top notch! Great ppl who do a great job catering to customer needs.
