Took 20 minutes for two sandwiches. Wanted fries. They had them but I was told the fries needed to be "unlocked" on the menu it was 5 pm. When I politely asked how long I would need to wait, I was first ignored then finally told "a few minutes" note for management -- encourage your employees to actually look up at the person when talking with them. They still weren't on the menu 20 minutes later. Also, only one cash register as open with a long line of people, even though there was a second person behind the counter.
An absolutely amazing store to go at. They have all sorts of snacks, foods, drinks, and really anything you can get your hands on. Wawa isn't super expensive and really is nothing like other resturants or stores. Love it.
Pretty good spot. Worked out perfect for me and the wife if you need to grab items for your hotel/resort stay. I love Wawa's and this location wasn't any different. Fast and efficient with the service . Will definitely come back again on the next Vacation.
Quick, clean, convenient, great employees & service. Has restrooms and you can get your gas pumped here. Great Wawa to stop by at any hour. And they have great breakfast food as well.
Very unclean staff. watched several people make a sandwich while wiping there sweat on their wrist closer to the glove. Very unsanitary staff working there.
I've always loved this store but not long ago, I was suprised at what I overheard from an employee. A woman wiping the front counter commented to a customer that "crackers dont know how to clean". Her name was Jackie. I visited this wawa all the time because it's close to my house. I'm disgusted to hear that coming from an employees mouth or anyone for that matter. I won't be back to this wawa.
Very rude ladies making the sandwiches, I have over 15 years of customer service experience and having to be told did I even use the system right , was very obnoxious. havnt been to wawa in about 2 years I’m like Um I didn’t know I had to specifically press that usually when Id come I’d just tell the person and they would ask me my number and say “gotchu” this lady straight insulted me then rolled her eyes to her coworker her coworker through her head back she said she doesn’t think she can remember no vinegar on the bread just on the food ….… my bad incompetence.
I order chicken salad club the way it comes not custom and I only got 2 prices of bread no lettuce or tomatos. Just horrible. I was too tired to walk back to my hotel. When I am travel, which is often, I stop in at many Wawa's. My go to is a ham sub. I am not sure what their way is of measuring out the amount of meat going on their subs, but it is different from store to store. I have received subs with an okay amount and more with what appears to be extra. My sub today from Wildwood on New Jersey looks as if it had one piece of ham. Very disappointing.
I’ve only had nothing but positive things to say about all the WaWa Brands & WaWa Family and wish them continued success in the years to come. WaWa is by far the best of the best and anyone who says otherwise has no clue how a true convenient store is run. I really wish they would expand their franchise to the West Coast and show QuickTrip QT how it’s really done!
