Quirky collection of local history. Mining technology. Minerals. Lifestyles of the boom times of Virginia City. The collection of incredibly ornate and french dressed dolls alone is worth admission. One problem... no restrooms on site. Got to the saloon down the street.

A good first stop for tourist visiting Virginia City for the first time. The $3 entrance fee is reasonable. For history buffs who like to reimagine life during the gold rush years.
