Pretty good burger. I appreciate the calorie count on the menu. Good kids options that my kids enjoyed. Friendly staff.

Fail, their food is usually pretty good but today we stood there for 5 minutes and not one of the employees even acknowledged us. Not a good afternoon, we will be right with you. Not even eye contact. 1 man and 2 ladies in the kitchen working at 12:45 Monday 29th. They were busy but who completely ignores the line like that. No customer service, so we went to another place.

Horrible service. Took over 30 min to get food when there were only 2 other customers.... just had for the first time in New York and was incredible came here and was incredibly disappointing. Food was bad as well. Didn't even resemble from what we had in the NY location. Not going back

I don't understand where these bad reviews are coming from. All my coworkers and I order from here all the time. Were all addicted to the burgers because they are so good!

Cashier was nice. But the food was bland, lacking flavor. Wasn't worth the trip.
