*? Have to put a star to be able to post. Have to state have NOT been to this Cooper's Hawk. I lived in Orlando and LOVED, LOVED CH. there. It was our go to for special celebrations like anniversaries, birthdays, out of town friends visiting. Based on the current batch of reviews, I won't be visiting the CH in Coral Springs for our anniversary this week and that's a shame. I don't know if there are a bunch of 'fake' reviews on here, but I hope corporate can look into this and see if there needs to be an adjustment in staff in the front of the house and possibly the back... Also, some feedback from the owners on here to some of these reviews would help get me in the door. Cooper's Hawk in Orlando was lovely and I will give it a try down here- but not for my upcoming anniversary.

From the moment my girlfriend and I walked it to when we left the experience was horrible. If you have ever felt unwanted in an establishment then you can understand. This place is a winery and so they offer wine tasting. While waiting for a table we strolled around the wine tasting area. We decided to purchase and try some of the chocolates they have displayed and was met with cold service from the lady there. She was carrying a tray of wine as well for sampling and never offered us any. Once we got our table, the waitress was explaining there services there but she did it in such as way that you couldn't even hear here. I would have asked her to speak up but the look on her face just suggested it was better to not do so as she looked more bothered to be waiting on us. We got the pretzel bread before the meal and it was very good. Now here is where you can see the real quality of the staff there. Another server came by with 5 fresh loafs of bread and walked right past us and offered other customers more bread but ignored us. We didn't want anymore bread but it would have been nice to be offered. We ordered 2 of their burger meals with fries and water which came out at a reasonable time. The fries where chewy and the burger itself was ok. I've had better food at much lower priced restaurants. During our meal we finished our glasses of water and had to get another server get us a refill which she begrudgingly did by telling our own waitress to do. When the waitress arrived shortly after to refill our waters, she only filled it half way. What server only refills half a glass?? Our waitress had ample time to make sure our glasses were kept full and to keep checking in on us. She only came by once and never returned until we asked for more water. To everyone reading this review just know the service here is very poor and the food is mediocre at best. There are much better places to eat at in the Promenade, so don't waste you time or money on an upscale place with with well below average service and food.

I have been a huge fan of this establishment since my first dining experience at the Orlando location in 2015 as well as my dining at the Tampa location. As of today, this is no longer one of my top 2 restaurants. Today, after pondering on what to have for my meal, I headed to the Coconut Creek Promenade location. Once I entered, I headed to the counter for seating. The hostess was dealing with another party, so I waited, patiently. As I was waiting for her return, a man walked up in front of me, he turned to leave but the hostess returned before he did so he started telling her to add him to the list. I spoke and stated that I was there first, instead of the hostess apologizing, she remained quiet while the man was speaking about having stepped away and never acknowledged or stated sorry or anything about him being their prior to me. Once he walked away, I told her never mind I would go somewhere else because that was rude. I, as a consumer refuse to pay money for a service that supports the salary of those that don't have a care about "customer service." I will no longer support this location and possibly the establishment because of associates who are not customer service friendly.

This place has really rude staff. I have never felt so unwanted. We came on a Monday and there were open tables, but we were told there was a 15 minute wait. The worst part was our server Caroline - she was really, really cold to us. If you get her, please request another server because she will never return to your table unless you're a large party or you're ordering wine - the moment I declined to order a glass, she was visibly burdened to be stuck with us. Caroline made eye contact with me twice and refused to come to our table! Plenty of other servers passed us too and noted our empty glasses. When we finally asked one of them for a refill, she looked burdened too! I don't think the staff here was trained properly. We have come to the Promenade a few times before but never to this restaurant..and I don't think we ever will again. It felt terrible. We'll stick with our other restaurant there and catch a movie in the same time span it took to be seated and served here.

I was there for my birthday with my wife. They were kind to sit us down quickly and the server and wine were fine. The ambiance is nice. We noticed adults only, no kids. The only negative at this restaurant is the actual reason to actual reason to go to a restaurant, the food! the food from the appetizers to the main course was terrible. Even the tuna tartare was made so spicy, you could not taste the tuna. My advice, go the to enjoy yourself, but come with a full stomach until they change the menu
