Ms. Smith is very rude. I brought my foster daughter in for a 5 year old well child exam. I presented the documents that was given to me from CPS and from my foster care agency. And Ms. Smith proceeded to tell me that these documents look fake and why aren't they notarized? I told Ms. Smith that these documents are never notarized. CPS drops the kids off with the court order and their medical information giving us authorization for medical care. I also informed Ms. Smith that I have brought previous foster children her for exams and I never had a problem. Ms. Smith wasn't hearing it, and was going to investigate my phony papers. I called my fosre care worker and I asked Ms. Smith to talk to her. Ms. Smith replied "How do I know this who you say it is. She could be on this also". So I guess after her investigation, She determined my documents was legit and my foster daughter was really a foster child. My foster care worker emailed documents to Ms. Smith proving that I was a foster parent. Ms. Smith made me feel like I was conducting a scam. I will never bring another Foster child to the Wayne County Health Clinic.

Came here twice to obtain an immunization waiver for both of my kids. Very friendly staff that doesn't ridicule or judge you for not vaccinating. Great service...

Came for a waiver that I needed for my sons school. Being that I've visited before and have went through the full experience previously, they made it as painless as possible and my experience was incredible and efficient.

Been here sense 8a..no one at the desk to help any one..it's now 830 and a nurse is helping us. Smh
