The staff here were friendly and helpful.  We visited to see the horses in their paddock.  They are a sight to behold!  Apparently descended from the cavalry horses of the 19th century they are giant, strong creatures who work with Sherrif and police to keep us safe.

Like all government services, the speed of processing moves at a slugs pace.  However, the staff here were very professional and courteous.

I went there on a Thursday at about 1:30pm in late Jan 2017. It was a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and even gave a suggestion to help move my request a little faster through the process. Very satisfied.

I went there today. What a surprise! Everybody was very friendly. The Ladies at the County Clark's Office were very nice and their approach was very professional. They will answered any question and help you. Just be normal and have respect. The Officers at the Sheriff's Department are quiet and professional. They don't want you to wait to long. Both offices, New CPL application = less then 15 minutes 
+ you walking out smiling! Happy Thanksgiving!

I went a while back to renew and I was in and out with no issues at all. The staff was quite pleasant and friendly. Treat them with respect and courtesy, and you'll receive the same.
