Dr. Poole is everything a person needs or wants in a physician. He is a competent medical professional who has up- to- date knowledge in his field. He listens to you, in fact encourages you to discuss your health situation from your body function to your thoughts on treatment. Decisions are made by discussing options, as well as preferences. He is direct and honest, but is very "human" and understanding. During your appointment, you have his full attention; although he is busy,  you never are rushed.  I am grateful I found him because he has helped me enormously with my Parkinson's condition.

I have 3 family members their and the female Drs. Helper makes them feel like drug addicts if they have to give you a pain pilll and ypur records shows in 5 years he has be subcrided 4 times. The other family member is 70 years old and nothing can be done about her pain at her age said a back specialist told her just stay on pain meds to keep her atleast comfortable. I plan on taking that member to pain specialist that will help her. She also says she gave you more pills than she did and pharmacy has to let her know shes wrong. This lady is rude to older people and im getting my grandma another Drs.too see her and drop this lady and my son inlaw too.

My adult son and daughter are both patients of Dr. Poole and have been for many years. He has always been nice, professional, and very courteous to both of them and me. The office has always been very willing to work with us on paying their bills when it was necessary. We are very pleased with Eastern Med. and Dr. Poole and plan to continue going there.

I'm not one to call people out, but I despise Eastern Medical Associates. They have a rude doctor (Dr. Poole ) who does not want to explain his reasoning behind any of his work, they screw up your payments and send them to the debt collection agency, put your birthday in the system wrong so when you call they can't find your records, they don't want to let you have access to your medical records without a "proper" reason. Such foolish garbage as that is why I sure as heck will not recommend that office to anyone needing a neurologist opinion. That is one of the sorriest, non caring, rudest doctors offices I have ever been in.
