We have taken children and the elderly to the ER at WCCH a number of times.  They have always treated us with respect, compassion, and quality care.  Our visits have usually been to the ER, after hours.  The ER doctors on call always arrived very quickly and have given competent care.  Often the ER visit involved X-ray.  Again, the X-ray tech arrived relatively quickly.  Everyone explained things to us and kept us informed, while we were waiting.  Several times we were sent on to a bigger hospital, for specialized care (surgeries) etc. Red Cloud can be very proud of their hospital facility, and the competent, caring staff.

I have received physical therapy at WCCH on two different occasions.  Once dealing with hip and back pain, and once after hand surgery in an attempt to regain strength and mobility.  Both experiences were very good.  I was always treated very professionally, and best of all was relieved of a lot of pain, I regained strength, and mobility.  I highly recommend the PT department at WCCH.
