I had the best car buying experience to date at Webster Groves Subaru. The customer service I received was amazing, they did such a wonderful job at accurately and conveniently conveying information centered around my purchase. All my questions were answered in a professional manner and I have zero complaints. Here's a tip, ask for Sean. I can't speak for the other salesman, but Sean will definitely make your experience and Webster Groves Subaru a pleasant one.

I recently took my 2009 Subaru Forrester to Webster Groves Subaru to have the clutch replaced. The cost was almost $1400. I had to return the car within two days because of a profound clunking noise when downshifting or going into reverse. The service department claimed that they needed to "re-torque" some of the bolts. For me this certainly begs the question of whether or not the bolts had been tightened at all – who has ever heard of transmission bolts loosening in less than 50 miles? It makes me wonder what would have happened if I would have kept driving – how much danger was I really in? Could permanent damage has been done to my car? The dealership did not apologize for their lack of competency nor was a loaner car offered during the rework. Unlike other dealerships this dealership does not even wash your car when it comes in for service. I am a huge fan of Subarus and have had several; all of which been wonderful cars. I will however never subject my precious Subaru to the level of service provided at Webster Groves Subaru.

Great dealership! I have had Nothing except positive experiences. They are friendly, with Excellent service! I Love the small town dealership feel, I get at Webster Groves Subaru. I'm from a big city, where people are not always friendly & caring.... Being a single mom....I need a dependable car (a SUBARU) I'm SOLD on this dealership! Thanks Webster Groves Subaru, I appreciate all you do, to help make my life easier!

I have been a loyal customer since 1990 and can not say enough good things about this dealership and its staff. Everyone there is friendly and fair, and I know the minute I walk through the door that I'm going to receive exceptional service, whether I'm in for an oil change, needing an out-of-warranty repair, or am ready to purchase a new vehicle. The fact that I'm dealing with the same people 27 years later speaks volumes about the positive work environment and satisfaction of the employees...which translates into warm, personable interactions every time. So long as they are in business I'll never go anywhere else.

Check engine light came on try to get home and asked if they could assist. Driving through to Texas and they can see me Thursday or Friday afternoon. I ask if there is anyway they could help since I'm trying to get home and her answer is to try somewhere else. Really?
