Allyn Weddle went above and beyond to negotiate a settlement for us on defective shingles that his company did not install.  We had no luck with the shingle company ourselves so it was a relief to have his professional support.  And this was without a commitment from us to install the next roof!  Weddle and Sons removed the defective shingles and installed new ones.  The process was without problems and the roof looks and functions great.  If future problems would occur we feel secure that they would take care of us.  This company provides outstanding customer service/satisfaction, rare these days.  Thank you Allyn, Brandon, Josh and crew.

The team from Weddle & Sons that worked on our roof were horrible.  They threw old shingles off the roof and destroyed new plants in our garden, broke the the rain gauge off our deck, ripped a window screen, and left black skid marks down our siding.  Some of the crew drank during their breaks and we found their empty Corona bottles in our bushes along with their food and Advil wrappers.  One area of our roof had to be redone three times due to shoddy workmanship. We discovered that one of their crew used a chemical to clean off sealant they got on three of our expensive special ordered windows. It destroyed the finish on them and left white colored swirls in the glass, totally ruined them.  We also found strips from the backing of the roofing material bound up in our central air unit.  We were so fortunate to hear a grinding noise that evening after they left and found the strips.  We were able to work the strips loose before it burned up the motor.  
In regards to the response of the owner...Your reply is outrageous.  You know exactly who we are as I had emailed you pictures of some of the damage your crew did to our home.

I would recommend Weddle and Sons to anyone in the community. We are located in Wamego and the team provided very quick and high quality work to replace our roof. I was most impressed with the level of communication and friendliness of their staff preceding and during our project, which helped everyone stay on the same page and contributed to our excellent experience.

We were in the process of selling our house when the roof needed to be replaced. They gave us great advice during the initial inspection and had the job done within the timeline we needed. The crew was great, very respectful to us and the property, and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them!

They did a really good job on the roof, but left a bit of a mess and nails (even though it says they clean up there was a good amount of shingle dust on the ground). They did the roof in one day and gutters in one day. My issue is with the way they hound you for the part not covered by insurance. Any normal company will send you a printed invoice and then the person has according to normal business practice 28 days to pay that invoice. Not weddle - they will literally hound you on the phone once per week after they e-mail the bill. In my case it was almost $2000. I paid chunks via my checking account online because they do not accept credit cards. Sorry guys but even the electric company, any plumber or service to the home allows about 28 days.  I did not like that part of the whole transaction. Otherwise it was good - gutters look great and roof looks good.
