Robyn Morshead has sourced a number investment properties for me over the last couple of years.  Every property purchased has been an absolutely excellent investment and proven to be a great choice.  Her handling of the purchase in every case demonstrated tremendous competence,  swift action and very effective.   She has also ensured that all properties have remained rented out with full occupancy since the properties were purchased. I am extremely happy with everything she has done and highly recommend her for anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

Great experience! Robyn Morshead was wonderful to work with. She really understood what I was looking for and found it, then went above and beyond to make sure I got it. She really duplicates what you want and is very knowledgable in the field, which is the only reason I didn't lose the house I wanted. It was also a lot of fun working with her. I've referred several friends to her who are all happy as well, so thought I should pass that along here.

I left one star because I couldn't leave no stars. In fact if I could take stars I would. 
   I am neighbor to a home being renovated by Wiechert. My experience with Weichert has been overwhelmingly negative. Everyone who has been hired by Wiechert and set foot on that property to remodel that home has been completely unprofessional. Including Wiechert. 
  All those contracted by Weichert again, including Weichert have used my property to park on and drive on or through. My driveway has been damaged, the continuous use of vehicles on my grass has caused mud, access to my own back yard has become restricted because of vehicles being parked in a manner in my drive that I can't get around on foot,  contractors have used our driveway and back yard to store product on and workers have used our back yard to work on their vehicles! 
   After bringing this to the attention of a certain Robyn Morshead, who boasts being the person with Weichert in charge, nothing has changed. In fact, my conversation with Ms. Morshead was met with an indication that she was ignorant that any of this was happening or has happened. Despite the fact that SHE has parked in my driveway in the past. Despite the fact that she, a realtor, has stepped over my damaged and mud-laddened driveway. THIS IS BEYOND BELIEF.
   Additionally, people show up at all hrs (deliveries as late as 11pm and as early as 4 am). My other neighbors have asked what it was like living next to Bahgdad. This is not a reference to middle eastern people, rather a reference to the mayhem.
   Stay as far away from Wiechert Realtors as you can. If this is the caliber of professional they entrust to a Million dollar (more or less) investment, I would question their trustworthiness and overall sense.
  The pictures associated with this post shows driveway damage, mud, a large white box truck parked on our property and building supplies dropped off on our property.
