Good Community, But the sales representative guy is poor in knowledge in understanding the buyer needs and not explanatory about the options. I have visited last weekend at this community to look for my  life time dream house, but was very disappointed by the sales guy. I would rather go and visit  the other new upcoming communities like Telefair, the builder is the Dress which is reputed builder and the sales guys was very pleasing and better in understanding  the needs of a buyer. Jones is a very good builder but has to really look into their sales staff about meeting the needs of the customers to understand and serve better.
