There was a huge line. So whom seemed to be the supervisor sent another employee do a driver test didn't fill in and just stood there talking to another employee that was just sitting around. While 13 people sat and waited.

Takes forever, under staffed to say the least. Staff is polite at least, except they make you feel dumb, talk down to and belittle you if your forms happen to be filled out incorrectly. Sorry, not everyone is used to filling out DMV forms for a living. Come to my job and try to preform it, and maybe I'd make you feel stupid as well. Maybe we should have more options to get IDs and do more online, then they would treat patrons better for fear a computer would replace them. However i will continue to go here, because honestly there isn't another options.

The women there talk to you like your stupid. They also want to run you in circles so they don't have to do any work. Talk to them how they talk to you and you will get out faster.
