WorkForce has a great staff who work very hard to help individuals gain employment. After all, that is the job that they are required to do for the community. With personnel in a position to help the local public gain employment there should be no conflict in gaining employment. There are multiple reasons why folks are discouraged about WorkForce. From my personal experience it isn't really the fact that a person didnt gain employment from the establishment, it is the fact that individuals are seeking a higher level employer, such as a federal job. Job seekers are searching for careers which is completely understandable, who wouldn't, but the jobs that are available are not always the same caliber. WorkForce can't push an employer to higher more bc they pay up to living standards. WorkForce is a building block to get an individual tracking to their long term goal which is that career. It isn't a magic hat with dream jobs filled to the brim. It takes patients, hard work, and will power to gain success in the job market. Thank you WorkForce for being available for me as well as the community. Thank you for all the resources you have provided to are locals.

I notice all the low reviews are from people making phone calls......they are busy helping those who sacrificed the time to come down or make appointments. You should try making an appointment with your caseworker or showing up in person. Iv received unemployment as well as school funding through workforce which is the 3 stars...my complaint is just not enough workers ..you usually stand in line alot when you do go down in person ...must plan to be there a few hours if you go down without and appointment ...however once you have your initial appointment they will assign case managers and that's the best option to get things accomplished

An absolute joke and an insult to anyone who is trying to survive. If you're a young adult who is genuinely interested in working and supporting yourself, this place won't help. These people treated me like a child and acted like depending on my parents was a real option. You're better off searching independently using various job search engines online and making phone calls. I'm not the only person around here who sees this place as a joke.
