CROOKS.  GOOD SWINDLING OPERATION THEY HAVE SET UP, POLICE DUMP PEOPLE OFF ONTO AMBULANCE SERVICE,  FOR SIMPLE THINGS LIKE BEING TIRED.  PROBABLY GETTING A KICKBACK FOR EVERY AMBULANCE RUN THEY CAN GENERATE.  THEN THE ER CHARGES YOU 10K.   SOME DRUGHEAD TOLD ME HE GOES HERE 3X A WEEK TO GET DRUGS THAT HE RESELLS ON THE STREET.  THEIR ER DR ISNT EVEN AN MD, HE IS A DO, LOOK THAT UP!  THIS PLACE IS LIKE SOME ORGANIZED CRIME AGENCY

ER is pathetic! 5 minute wait my butt. That is supposed to be a triage. I had a kidney stone and the kid at the window told my husband “I’m sorry there are 3 ahead of her!” My husband snatched me up and drove to Trinity. As soon as I walked in the door the grabbed me and took me in. Just one of 2 bad instances. The rest of the hospital is not too bad. Ask for a private room.

Dear ER Nurse Tina who made an appoint to be a total prude to my 2 year old son when he came in with a Respiratory infection,

How dare you! You’re lucky I was more worried about my son then what some dumb red headed nurse thought. Apparently when children get sick like that, it’s a sign of bad parenting. Since when do MY parenting skills have ANYTHING to do with your job? A bad mom wouldn’t bring her child to the hospital if he was sick, not that I have to defend my parenting to you. I’ll be calling your director in the morning.

Horrible ER. Rude nurses, uncomassionate and ignorant doctors. They leave without even showing you where the call light is. I couldn't even locate it when I needed it. They give you medication without telling you what it is and why they're giving it to you. They don't explain what's going on they just leave you sit there to worry. There's also so many more problems and concerns I could mention but it's not even worth it right now because I'm just upset even thinking about my visit there. They sure do have a whole lot of updates they need to work on. It's pretty sad that their highest rating is one star...

I had my daughter here last year and they were amazing. Doors won't even unlock if you are in the hallway with baby. Nurses were very nice and understanding. As for the ER I have been there with kidney stones and they gave me some medicine for the pain. Never have they sent me home untreated like Trinity has.
