I have been dealing with Welcome aboard Cruises for about 6 years now. Love working with Bob and Laurie...Great team to plan your vacation..I have enjoyed all my vacation planned with them.

We have used this group several times and been very pleased with their service. Based on our recommendation, several of our friends have used them too and been pleased. One was even for their honeymoon! No one likes to get a random call, but the bad review seems a little harsh.
After we booked our last cruise, I got a check back from Welcome saying that the ship had dropped the added fuel charge and Welcome was giving me a refund!! Nice surprise.
