I am not sure how anyone could leave less than 5 stars. I frequently go out of my way to visit this Weld County annex because they are quick friendly and efficient.

I drive over an hour round trip to use this office. After sitting for an hour because they only had two and sometimes three windows open, they refused to provide service to title my trailer because I am a small business. Even though I had everything I needed and am required by the state to title and register my equipment, they discriminated against me because I am a business and they don't serve businesses on Friday's. This change of service is not posted and appears to be at their will on when to implement it. This act of discrimination appears also to be because they do not have enough people working on fridays and they have chosen to limit their work load by singling out businesses (who do pay just as much or more tax than everyone else).

I have only dealt with them over the phone so far, but that is generally FAR worse in my experience than in person. The lady I spoke with was very kind and explained the whole process to me. She saved me about an hour of driving by telling me that the dealership had not yet sent them the paperwork that was needed to have them send out the "title-complete" card. She then went on to explain what I should expect for time-frame and each thing I would need after I got notification they were ready. Very pleased so far!!

I'd give Weld county clerk and recorder less then 1 star if it were possible.... I have called over 10 times today and it is during normal business hours and have not had a person or answering machine answer my call :/    ....Kinda wondering whats going on there, do they just unplug their phone or something ?

The most disrespectful people I have ever dealt with! I thought is was there job to help us with getting plates, answering our questions and educating us on the best route. 

Two of the women could not be bothered with me. I asked if she could verify our address in the system and she rolled her eyes and started huffing and puffing. I was blown away - they all HATE people, why are they working in an office when that is all they deal with all day every day! I would NEVER have employees like working for me!
