I've been buying insurance from Weller O'Brien for a few years now. Business overhead insurance. Auto. Renters. They are very easy to work with. Whenever I call I get a human on the phone, not some phone tree I have to navigate. They also understand my business and what my insurance needs are. On multiple occasions they have made honest recommendations against buying certain products as it wasn't suited to my needs. They are good, honest people that do right by their customers.

Adam does an extremely in-depth job for each and every client. He truly devotes research and time into finding out the best options based on many criteria, including cost effectiveness, types of usage, and so much more. Not only does he really have the client's best interest in mind - he is a really kind and attentive person to work with and goes out of his way to handle ANY questions and issues.

Weller O'Brien is great to work with - always responsive and professional. I appreciate knowing they have my best interests in mind when recommending the coverages I need. Also I always feel confident referring people to them, knowing my friends and clients will be well taken care of and get exactly the coverage they need.

I love working with Adam at Weller O'Brien. I got comfortable with my old agency until they gave me a rate increase at which time I called Adam. I was shocked at how much money I may have been wasting because I got comfortable with the old insurance agency. Adam will let you know if he can help you or not and if not, he'll give you good advice.

Excellent!! If you are looking for great customer service from an insurance agent, call Adam Underwood at Weller O'Brien in Half Moon Bay. You won't be disappointed! I recommend Weller O'brien to all my friends, and everyone who has switched to them is very happy with their excellent customer service and great rates. Personally, I have been a very happy client since 2002. My agent, Adam Underwood, always takes the time to personally help me with everything in a very prompt and caring manner. He has saved me time, money, and many frustrations. I love being dealt with in such a personal way, and feeling as if they really care about me. Additionally, the gal who is on the phones, Barbara, is very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Not your ordinary receptionist by any means! She takes the extra time to do what she can and has always made sure my questions are answered promptly :). I TOTALLY recommend these guys!
