I purchased a new 2018 Atlas from Wellesley Volkswagen a few weeks back, with Kevin Mullin as my sales rep. I test drove that model a little over 6 months prior, but wasn't quite ready to buy at then. Kevin was incredibly patient and followed up with me a few months later. He made the process incredibly easy. No high pressure sales job. I have a pretty busy schedule and didn't have much time to go over the car with him after I purchased, but he was very accommodating and insisted on finding a time that would work with my schedule. I truly appreciated that, as I had planned to just google anything I needed to know/set with the car. He saved me a good few hours. He went through everything with me in great detail, and even followed a few days later with responses to a few questions he could answer at the time. Overall, great experience.
The finance manager however, was a different story. That part was definitely a high pressure sales job. Just remember what you came to buy, stick to your budget, and you won't leave with too many unnecessary extras.

Recently traded in my truck for a more fuel efficient 2017 Passat.  Wellesley Volkswagen had not only the best pricing around, but an extremely relaxed and straight forward buying process.  My salesman, Jens Albrecht, was very knowledgeable of the product and even came in on his day off to deliver my new car!  Highly recommend this dealership, and this is coming from someone has bought and sold (too) many vehicles in their lifetime.

I've bought a new eGolf from Wellesley Volkswagen few days ago. Even though it is relatively new and not yet widely available model, dealership has found the car I want very fast. I was impressed by friendliness, transparency and efficiency of their work. All process of buying a new car was made as simple as it can possibly be. Thank you for a great job.

Excellent service from these guys. Kevin M showed me around, and he knew pretty much everything there was to know about the car he ended up selling me (2017 Jetta). The car is great so far, and I'm glad he took the time to show me all the gadgets and such, which I never would've figured out for myself... The process was surprisingly easy/painless too, definitely would recommend!

Really positive experience. The whole process was easy to trade in my leased car and buy a new one. I worked with John Nesbitt and he was excellent- honest, straightforward, and with my interests and needs as the priorities. I would refer this dealership to others.
