I couldn't agree more with the other customers who have left reviews for Jim and his shop. Today he must have set the record for fastest tire rotation and oil change to get me on my way to work for a meeting. Jim is honest, very knowledgeable and personable. He works on my car like his own. I know that I am in good hands with Jim and learn a little something each visit. I finally found my go-to mechanic!

As a former devotee of Larry Ng in Swellesley, I had doubts about whether Quinlan's could ever make me truly happy.  My 13 year old Honda pilot is fussy and a little senile - and was suffering from arthritis and multiple organ failure.  Happy to report that Jim patched her up just great, and she rides like a youngster again. Don't hesitate, great experience!

On time and on budget.  He does nice work and has squeezed me in for emergent problems.  Recommend highly.

Jim knows what he is doing and delivers without breaking the bank. He can diagnose complex problems and fix them promptly. I prefer having him service our cars rather than taking them to the dealer (I have taken two cars with relatively complicated issues to him over the past year). He is local and efficient. I am glad he is in the neighborhood.

Came in for an oil change. Jim was super nice and took the time to double check the recommended oil according to the manufacturer cause I didn't know what it was. Explained to me the differences between that and other types of oil used. Quick service, great guy!
