I was just there about 20 minutes ago deposited $255 cash into my account as I drove away I log on to my account through my phone and the money was not there I went back into the establishment I spoke to a banker the banker asked me to show him my phone and he said I'll just give it a few hours and it will pop up and then said bye I walked away got back to my car thinking should be no problem to show up in a couple minutes it's cash into an ATM which means direct funds direct access I called the 1-800 number and I speak to a gentleman over the phone apparently he use and I quote your account is not linked to the deposit which makes me wonder where is that deposit link to then if it isn't linked to my account like it has been the pass year so that I've had my account then where's my money going to today has my account been hacked what are they not telling me I want answers someone please get back to me this is very disturbing it's a huge inconvenience I have to pay my phone bill today I'm already a few days late and I'm due today before they shut off my phone not only will I have to pay a second my phone will be shut off and I will have to pay a reactivating fee to get my phone back on and I won't be able to work since I drive for Uber Lyft and instacart this is a huge inconvenience I am not happy with Wells Fargo right now I left Chase bank to bank with Wells Fargo so far I've been neglected and told I can't pull more than $300 at a time for my account within a day so it's a huge inconvenience whenever I have to pay rent and I need $700 and I'm told I can't pull it from an ATM so I have to go stand in line and waste time I don't have waiting for a teller to become available to give me the funds that I need and now this happens my friends are nowhere to be found and won't be give it to me or available to me for a few hours what's going on this is unsatisfying I am very unhappy
