I’ve been a WF customer since 1977. The line of customers at this branch is usually long and takes forever to get service. I would avoid this branch for normal business, but I needed access to my safe deposit box. I counted 23 customers in line on Saturday morning with 3 tellers. The 5 star rating is not for the Branch, but it was for “Alexis” who took the time to canvas people in line for anyone needing special service. She assisted me and I avoided the long wait in line. When I left the line was even longer extending out of the building. Thanks Alexis!
12:13pm. Been here since 11:30 and still have another half hour to wait. Only 2 bank tells for over 40 customers. Why did i have to sacrifice over a hour of my day to withdraw my own money. This wait is so terrible, I am going to switch banks. This is totally inappropriate. Only way to fix this is to pay me for my time.
***ALERT*** Do not visit this branch!! Save your time and energy by coming here! The entitlement and lack of customer service from all here starting with the tellers to the manager are at another level. This is my last visit here, I prefer to take my money somewhere else. Leaving WF after so many years due to the experience at this branch.
I got amazing customer service with the female worker help me at the end this afternoon appointment I made she help me resolved the issues I came to resolve. I defiantly feel she the best bank worker that has help me more amazing customer service from her compare to Bank of America workers she provided. I would recommend for employee of the month I just cant recall her name by heart right now I just remember she mention her family is from Michoacán, Mexico. I would defiantly recommend anyone to come to this bank location to get help with any problems they are trying to resolve. Just wondering if the representative I saw on 8-26 my appointment was after 1:30pm that worker definitely deserve employee of the Month recognition on my book how amazing worker she is especially better customer then other Banks I have attended. Just wondering what is her name so I can hopefully work with her once I get into my nursing program is my goal hopefully Wells Fargo can help me accomplish with the help of the female worker she the my reason why I am planning to come back with this bank institution.
I have been to this location twice. Each time, I have waited in line for over 20 minutes because they have one 1 bank teller working. I’m standing in line currently and there are 9 people ahead of me. Customer service is less than exceptional.
Always understaffed. Always slow with disinterested management. This has to be the worst Wells Fargo location in Orange county.
Worst Wells Fargo in the area. They refuse to staff appropriately so get ready to wait 30 mins to even get in the building. I understand that Covid is a thing but having 1 or 2 tellers at peak hours is just inconsiderate to the customers. If I didn't HAVE to use this location for work I'd never walk into another Wells Fargo. Edit: It's 2:30pm and only 1 teller. 7 months later and still no change. Edit 2: 9 months later and it's worse. Whoever is in charge is grossly incompetent. This bank has 11 spots for a teller and only staffs 2 at a time while having a line out the door on a daily basis. I'm not longer a Wells Fargo customer because of this location. I do have to use this bank for work purposes but will advise against the company using Wells Fargo anymore. They don't care about your time, only that they have your money.
