horrible customer service. expect to be questioned by the teller if you need to take any money out of your account.

An employee committed fraud in my account at this branch. She was a customer service rep, who made blatant lies to convince me to apply for a line of credit (one I had no need for). It sounded like a great deal, and a no brainer to apply for. She said no hard credit pull, no monthly fees, no real risk and a rediculously low APR. It turns out that she instead applied me for a unsecured personal loan. I went back a week later, prior to discussing with her manager to see if she made a mistake, and she tried to get me to sign more papers and reaffirmed her original statements. The manager seemed shocked when I told her, especially because this employee was a simple customer service Representative and was not even authorized to apply for a line of credit or a loan. I received an apology email frlm the employee, with an invitation to come back and do more business with her. No thanks.

Sign on the door says drive up is open at 8, I pulled up at 845 and doors were locked completely closed. No wonder I closed my wells Fargo account !
