I recently went to cash a Wells Fargo check at the Clearwater branch. The teller said it would be $7.50 to cash THEIR BANK DRAWN CHECK.  I asked them to make an exception as others have done before and they got Rude Zachary Grimmig, so called manager involved. Most rude person I have ever dealt with. I politely asked him to waive the fee. He said open an account and I'll waive it. I told him I closed my account because of poor customer service in the past. His response was "go cash it somewhere else". We have other clients in line. I addressed all of the lobby customers to move to PNC. No wonder Wells is being sued. Rude. Zachary needs customer services training. Never return.

horrible customer service and manager is not any better. please think twice about going to setting up an account with this bank.

Went to close my account, was assured it was completed and no further action required,  2 weeks later finding out - absolutely nothing was done and the account is just as active as before.  
Seems that nobody knows how that happened or have any answers.
