Bad customer service! Believe me when this place has 2 star rating it’s because it does. Manager(bald black guy) made me sit down for 30+ min. Til I got up and asked to be helped. Guy that helped me mistakenly cross out my name from the waiting list. (Only God knows how long i would’ve been waiting if i never got up.) And that’s why I sat there for so long. Bald black guy I’m assuming is the branch manager or greeter skipped me to help 3 women that got there after to me. F this place never stepping foot here. They should shut this place down or hire new management  that will turn this place around.

I work at a different Wells Fargo, and every time I come to this specific branch they always have some new "policy" that doesn't really exist. 
Today I went to withdraw from the drive thru, and they said I have to send my ID and debit card before they can send me a withdrawal form. When I asked why, they said it is because they work at a high risk store. I work at a store with much higher risk than them and we have never even heard of such a policy. 
I would avoid this location, they tend to make up their own rules.

I went to make a deposit and a withdrawal, but had lost my license due to flood. I was not able to pull money out. There are many ways to verify information, but, I had to go to another location to get proper service.

I've been a customer 4 years and never have I ever heard that you have to provide two forms of ID to receive a withdrawal slip. I fill out the withdrawal slip and send it then it's given back and I am told "ma'am would you like to do a withdrawal".
