I stepped out for a second to make a phone call to find my lost check, and the banker Wanda lied to the Phila PD and said I'd been gone for 30mins...when I was right outside asking the lady who found my check to bring me it asap to the Wells Fargo.

I've seen cops here several times to respond to incidents. However, I once took a group of students here for a field trip and the staff was great. I just don't go here after dark.

I have been banking with WF for about six years. I also used to work there as a teller. I went in today to talk about a fee that I didn't think I should have been charged. I was polite. The banker I sat with was polite. The manager was immediately incredulous of everything I had to say, he made me feel uncomfortable being there explaining why I should not have been charged a certain fee, and in conclusion he demonstrated despicable customer service. Upper management, please fire him because he is not doing his job well.
