I needed to get some documents notarized to renew my business liscence and I accidentally forgot the documents at home. I asked the banker if she could please print them out for me and she refused. Are you serious? I have all my accounts with Wells Fargo and they can’t print out two pieces of paper for me? Horrible customer service.

I went in to open an account and I was treated so badly. I felt like the teller did not want to open one for me because it was 4:30. They were rude and I felt very disrespected. When I felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to leave, I told the teller " I would take my business to another bank." She then responded by saying  "You probably should do that then." I will make sure to let EVERYONE know how terrible this "experience" was.

Made a cash deposit on Thursday 2-23-2017 and the bank teller shorted me $88.00 and they can't seem to find the rest of my money. I had to file a dispute with Wells Fargo and now I have to wait 5 business days. Will NEVER bank with them again!!!

Very friendly staff and manager. I highly recommend this location. Much better and more competent than the location at the other end of stout Springs. I'm sticking with this one. Thank you for the friendly service.
