Every time I come here the line is almost out of the door. They always have 2 or three tellers at the window and it takes forever to get to one. Management just stands around and does nothing. I never leave there under 20 mins. It's exhausting

Visted on 1/29/18 the drive thru ATM was out of service. Had to park and wait in line behind 8 other people who had the same issue. Wells fargo banks are far from each other and you would think they would make there locations as convenient as possible. Might need to move my business account.

There really needs to be a 0 star option. Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Wait times are beyond appalling. The service manager is a complete joke, and will call cops to escort you out instead of having to do her job.

shout out to Darwin and  Carlos. They really seem to love their jobs and helped me a handful of times and are always pleasant and helpful outwardly even when I've been difficult or naive. Really the only reason I am still with Wells Fargo. Great customer service every time with these two.
