A bank smack dab I the middle of one of the busiest intersections in town. .I see what they were thinking. . It just doesn't work well in THAT spot.

This is the worst place in the world!! Those girls DONT HAVE COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS, and their language its not proper to be working in a bank!!! We run business, we dont have time for games.. why do we have to call a change order if when we got there its the guessing game to see who has it, and if no one does then put it together!! Its like 20 to 30 mts that we loose every day in that game plus the fact that they never answer that phone, and after you hit the cero twice to "contunue to hold" the sistem will kick you out!! So there you go again calling and spending another half hour for the phone to be answered!! Be aware that next time you yell from the back to my teller "make sure she call in the change order or dont gave her nothing" theres nobody else in line, i bit my thounge this time next time it will be diferent!!

I have banked with wells fargo for years, and the customer service has never slacked. It only gets better!!!
