As far as their customer service i would give them a 5 , however their banking institution like so many others charge too many overdraft fees & they set their minimum balance at 500 or more( that is the amount you need to have in order to not be charged the monthly fee) they know most ppl want have that on a monthly basis so they charge, in which most dont have it, so theres another fee from overdrafting

Customer service is friendly and helpful with any issues or concerns you may have .. Will go the extra mile to try and accommodate your needs and will spend as much time as needed to do so. 

Tellers tend to make you feel as if they are on auto-pilot with their greetings, services, and scripted phrases as they tend to your banking needs.
