Long wait time in the line. When my transaction was completed I was handed it without an envelope. I asked for one the teller told me "we're not allowed to put money in envelopes". 

This is very dangerous because someone could've been watching me and got me in the parking lot. I usually never come here but the other branch I usually go to was closed due to the weather

Absolutely a racist branch. We have issues 100% of the time at this branch. I try at all cost to avoid this location due to poor,rude and sarcastic service. The ONLY reason I come here is because of my schedule sometimes makes me need Saturday service where I have to come in the branch. I get my partner to come in and witness the behavior from employees. Next time I'm bringing a hidden camera and the footage will be on the news. Disrespectful, rude and horribly racist.

This is the WORST bank ever. The only reason I go to Wells Fargo, company banking.... There is a new guy there, he did not know what he was doing it took him 45 minutes to complete my transaction, I call to complaint on there service to the Branch Manager left several he never call me back....Memorial Drive location
Went there one day, there was 8 people in line, only one clerk, the same new employee. I turn around and left, decided to go out of my way,and went to the Mountain Ind, and Hugh Howell branch, I was in there less then 10 minutes. Even though this location is out of my way. I go there now. Went there today on a Friday, there was 3 clerks I was there less then 7 minutes... This location have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE>>>Mountain Industrial and Hugh Howell EXCELLENT service THANK YOU
