My daughter could not open a bank account because she did not come in before 5:15p. We got there at 5:27p on a Friday. However, there was no one waiting and no lines. So, in 30 minutes before closing they could not open a simple checking account. Furthermore, we were told she could not open an account on Saturday because they have too many people calling in sick. This does not happen in other areas and at other banks. They don't turn people away. An appointment needed to be scheduled for next week some time. Wow!! Just horrible!!!

Very Rude Customer service! Have been 3 times to open up an under 18 checking account and each time I go they have a different excuse! The bankers about to leave, you cake in too late, too many are out sick. LIKE WHAT??? Good banking company but bad location if you need to join a bank or create an a count with a bank please go to any location BESIDES this one!!

Talk about RUDE and UNORGANIZED!!!!! I called and confirmed that ALL chase banks exchange COINS for non customers. They do up to 100 dollars in Georgia. I bank with USAA so I thought I'd go to Chase and just exchange my coins I've been saving up. This indian lady (only for description) named JAS tells me if I don't bank they can't do it. I told her I called and confirmed and they told me I could. She says who is they I said a guy I spoke to she said they don't have a guy that works there. I check my phone going to look for the number I called which end up being the chase down the street so she goes I will do it today as a one time exception. But our policies have changed. Your policy for COINS which is so uncommon just happened to change in 2 days ? Surrrreeeeeeeee. Customer or not if I wanted to join I wouldn't because your bank customer service sucks anyway.

Rude attitude, awful customer services and lack of notary, banker services (wire transfer, onsite notary). Due to bad experiences, I have been using Toco Hills branch instead. Still when I had to visit North Hairston branch for a few times past decade, I regretted visiting this branch every time and swore I should have gone to another else where.

The ATM is great!! Always use it. But the customer service this morning were surprisingly rude. Hope Corp does not have to get involved but if it happens again they will.
